From I take my holiday , I see the fb friends all started make the lemon gateu cake or in chinese 英式柠檬蛋糕。
When I come back, I try to take rest but my hand so itchy ^^ .
I can't stop my mind to think how to make this cake and how is taste.
Then I make it.
I got alot different recipe for this cake.

软蛋糕
材料:
A7粒 蛋黄
1/4tsp 盐
55g 粟米油
75g鲜奶
10 g柠檬汁
80g 特幼粉
B
7粒 蛋白
70g 幼糖
1/2茶匙塔塔粉
做法:
1。材料A拌匀
2。放一旁不要吹到风
3。蛋白,糖,塔塔粉,打至起泡不跌
4。最后A+B拌匀
5。放入11x14寸方形模,170度25分钟,放入烤箱最低层烤
6。出炉后,倒扣待凉~完成
柠檬醤:
(为了要让颜色更漂亮,我加入了两滴浅黄色素)
A:
鸡蛋 2 粒
幼糖 60 g
柠檬汁 65 g
柠檬皮屑 1 粒
B:
牛油 45 g
表面装饰:打起植物鲜奶油 150 g
做法(柠檬酱):
1) 除了(B) 牛油外,把 (A) 全部材料倒入小锅里混合,用双烤盘热水上搅煮至松发,然后将它过滤后。
2) 小锅再放回双烤盘热水上,加入 (B) 续搅煮至浓稠。
3) 离火,待冷却备用。
4) 盖上保鲜纸。
5) 把蛋糕塗上鲜奶油和挤上适量柠檬汁切半重叠再上面塗满鲜奶油后淋满柠檬汁即可
