Hokaido cup cake

The first time we buy from R t pastry hokaido cupcake, my husband already falling in love with this cake.
We always go to the pastry shop and buy.
One day I seen the recipe on fb , I try but the result is not like we want.
After one day I seen jaclyn san recipe.
I look so different then I try it and the result is wonderful.
My husband and children all very love this cake.  Thanks to jaclyn san ^^

here the recipe hokaido cupcake ^^
北海道蛋糕~
A.
全蛋 1
蛋黄 3
粟米油 35g
低筋面粉 50g 
少许 (可以不放)
班兰汁 45g (30g自制班兰沉淀精华加15g)*原味的放45g奶就可以了*

B.
蛋白 3
幼糖 45g
塔塔粉 1/8tsp或少许

做法:
1.
蛋黄及全蛋,班兰汁,粟米油和盐打至起小泡, 再加入低粉打至滑待用(不要吹到风,我用布盖着)。
2.
材料B打至发泡起勾。
3.
混合 A+B 轻轻搅拌均匀。

食谱是做7-9个杯子蛋糕~
烤箱:150度烤25分钟或至熟(自己的烤箱自己拿捏)

P/s:
内馅儿:可以放自己喜欢的馅。。
内馅儿:卡士达Custard~
原料店买便装粉Instant custard power, 9个杯子蛋糕我用50ginstant custard power125g的冷开水用手搅拌器至浓稠即可用。

等蛋糕冷却以后,用小圆孔的裱花嘴从中间插入蛋糕内部,在内部挤入内馅。挤到蛋糕表面微微鼓起即可。拔出裱花嘴以后,奶油馅会在表面稍微溢出一点,形成一个小圆点儿。最后在蛋糕表面撒一些糖粉即可
